It’s natural to feel a little nervous in any new setting, but there are a few things you should know about science fairs that will relax you more than a fancy massaging recliner. First of all, everyone is there for a for all the right reasons, which include helping you – and they’re all rooting for you to do a great job and to learn from your own experiences. Second, you can arrest your fears through thorough planning and preparation. (We don’t want that to sound like work because once you hit the zone, time flies and your efforts feel like they require none at all.) And finally, that first burst of giddy energy you get after executing your experiment and nailing your presentation as a science fair rookie will ensure the only thing you’re worried about is figuring out how best to celebrate!
